Challenges and animal quotas are handled in-game after you begin a hunt — the map is not a full animal checklist.
Bring suitable weapons and follow on-screen prey marks. Some completion goals ask for a set of hunting challenges.
Return to the lodge pin when you need to restart a hunting session.
