3.15. Crystal Maze
It opens only after you finish both Trevor Philips Industries and Nervous Ron. You raid the O'Neil brothers' farm, who cut in on the Triad deal, and burn down the house with the underground lab.
- Yellow Jack Inn
- Go back to Tao Cheng and the translator and get out of them that they joined up with the O'Neil brothers.
- On the way to the O'Neil farm in Grapeseed, Trevor calls Elwood O'Neil and threatens him.
- Lookout on the hill
- Climb the hill overlooking the farm and 10 enemies come into view.
- Lower left: 2 playing, shooting cans with a pistol
- Left side of the ground floor: 1 drinking
- Second floor: 1 looking around, 2 talking
- Lower right: 2 talking, 2 loading a van
- If you wait too long, the two brothers who finished loading drive the van away.
- Enter the farm
- Take out the remaining enemies and go down to the underground lab. The back door gives you more cover.
- Gasoline trail and the fire
- Pick up the gasoline can in the lab, and leave an unbroken trail from the lab to outside the house.
- Shoot the trail from outside and the fire spreads until the house explodes. Before that, you have to be far enough from the farmhouse.
- Get clear of the scene to finish.
- Gold medal
- 10 headshots
- Only the 10 you can see from the hill count for headshots. Drop the two loading the van before they leave, and if you can, before they get in the car.
- Finish with as little health and body-armor damage as possible
- If you kill all 10 from the hill without being spotted, the fight afterward is much lighter.
- Kill 2 enemies with one shot
- Line up the brothers who are standing side by side talking, and shoot through both.
- Accuracy of at least 80%
- If you missed a lot earlier, switch to a weaker weapon and land more hits.
- Reasons for failure
- Trevor dies or is busted, or Tao Cheng or the translator dies
- The gasoline can is destroyed, you run out of gasoline, or the trail breaks
- You do not get out of the farmhouse when it catches fire
- You leave the farm
