3.37. Hang Ten

It opens after you finish Monkey Business, and it starts when you enter Floyd's apartment on Vespucci Beach as Trevor. It is a short mission in which Trevor takes Wade to the Vanilla Unicorn.

  • Floyd's apartment
  • After a cutscene where Trevor argues with Debra, back from a business trip, and with Floyd, Debra and Floyd die off screen. Trevor comes outside covered in blood, and he puts Wade, who happens to arrive, in the car.
  • To the Vanilla Unicorn
  • The only objective is to reach the strip club. If you drive at an easy pace, Wade talks about old times, including how he first met Trevor.
  • On arrival, Trevor leaves Wade with the strippers and goes into the manager's office. You then switch to Michael, who calls Lester, and agreeing to meet there after hearing that Trevor has taken the club finishes the mission.
  • What changes after you finish
  • The Vanilla Unicorn becomes Trevor's safehouse, and Floyd's apartment can no longer be used.
  • Trevor gets the club's drinks and lap dances for free. Michael and Franklin still have to pay, but they are not thrown out for touching a stripper.
  • If the front bumper on Trevor's truck is stock, a raspberry jam doll is mounted on it.
  • From then on, Wade is always sitting in a booth at the club.
  • The planning mission for The Big Score and Trevor's Strangers and Freaks mission Extra Commission unlock, and parachute jump 8 opens again.
  • Gold medal
  • Finish within 4 minutes
  • Even if you watch the cutscene and the dialogue all the way through, driving fast is enough to make the time.
  • Reasons for failure
  • Trevor dies or is busted, Wade dies, or you leave Wade behind
