3.16. Friends Reunited

It opens after you finish Crystal Maze. Before leaving for Los Santos, Trevor sneaks into the Lost trailer park in Stab City and blows it up with sticky bombs. Finishing this mission lets you pick Franklin again in Free Mode, and Ammu-Nation sells sticky bombs.

Infiltrate the trailer park
Pick up Wade and go to Stab City on Calafia Road. On the way, Wade hands Trevor the weapon he was asked for earlier.
Quietly take out the bikers and stick a sticky bomb on each trailer. You have to detonate the bombs before you leave the park.
Shoot the lights out and you are less likely to be spotted.
Where two bikers are bullying one person, the person being bullied only runs, and does not alert Trevor.
Even if you kill the biker arguing with the woman inside a trailer, she only looks confused, and you are not spotted.
To Los Santos
After the blast, go back to Wade and set off for Los Santos. In Vinewood Hills, Trevor stops the car, climbs the hill, and looks out over the city.
Go to Floyd's apartment on Goma Street at Vespucci Beach and follow Wade inside to finish. Floyd is Wade's cousin, and this apartment becomes Trevor's new hideout.

Aim for the head with a suppressed weapon and you can get them without being spotted.
Destroy the trailers without being spotted
Destroy the trailers all at once
Do not detonate until every bomb is planted.
Finish with as little health and body-armor damage as possible
If you stay quiet the whole way, the gunfight never starts.
Reasons for failure
Trevor dies or is busted, or Wade dies or you leave him behind
The Lost spots you too early
You leave the trailer park, or you run out of sticky bombs
